An academic background in psychology, a government certified soft skills trainer, and an internationally certified image consultant with two decades of experience in Human Resources, Employer Branding, Talent Attraction & Acquisition, Training & Development, Performance Management, and Business Development has led her to pursue the work that she does today.
Having acquired this experience from a variety of fields - ranging from IT and BFSI to Media & Advertising, and Food & Beverages - has armed her with a wide knowledge of her craft, and a unique insight into what works.
